Roman Nester is managing partner of Segmento, one of the first Russian programmic platforms, which he founded together with partners in 2011. With a degree in the social psychology of mass communication, he has worked in advertising for more than 12 years. In the 2000s he worked for the multinational holdings WPP (UK) and Bonnier (Sweden). An expert in data-driven marketing and digital strategies, he is a consultant for Sberbank in digital marketing, technological investment and work with big data. Segmento is now a joint project with Sberbank and AFK Sistema who hold a 50% stake.
