Harry Parkes is the product director for WHY, VisualDNA's audience understanding and marketing optimisation platform. Most recently he was responsible for lastminute.com’s multi-channel marketing and product strategy and prior to that the channel strategy for the Rank Group, one of Europe’s largest leisure gaming groups. Harry has been pioneering digital product and technology strategy for nearly 20 years, working with brands ranging from Ferrari to the British Army. He’s passionate about the opportunity of bridging the gap between our digital and real world personas and how we can improve the online experience through psychology and data.
